Hat under helmet. When its really hot out sometimes i just wear a bandana as a head band and goggles. jonah owen style......

Helmet like 95% of the time. If I forget it or don't plan on doing anything that is likely to result in my brain being smashed I might wear a hat, but it's pretty rare.
