Whats Your All-time Favorite Cuisine?

Simple enough question, but maybe give an explanation and an example. I love all ethnic foods, especially when its authentic. I love a great burrito and margarita on the rocks, i love italian food, and i LOVE a good lamb schwarma. However, for myself, NOTHING tops Thai food.

I am a big spicy eater. I want it mega spicy. I also want many flavors in there. Thai is the best for this. A good green curry has so much going for it. Coconut milk, basil, spicy, lime, ginger, and more. Then a delicious meat or tofu and rice as the starch to cut it. I just cant get over it. Then add in Pad Thai, and i cant find another cuisine that is better to me.

well i have nothing to do for the next couple of days so im thinking go to NYC for a foodie trip.

anybody have any recommendations? i want something delicious and unique.

my best friend is egyptian/lebanese/greek so ive come to really appreciate mediterranean cuisine. shawarmas are a favorite for sure, you gotta make sure you go to a nice spot though. For all the GTA ppl out there, the shawarmas at Laurice's in Okville are just a beauty. You can also get some decent ones at Pita Nutsy or Osmo's in Streetsville, Mississauga. Theres a bunch of other dishes that i like but im not even gonna try to spell them. Im also a big fan of the desserts because they usually involve mango or guava and fruits of that sort, and its delicious. My friend's mom makes the BEST baklava (not sure how to spell that) in the world.

im one of those guys who'll eat ust about anything. But my favorite meal would have to be steak and baked potatoes. Im also a huge fan of mexican and Chinese foods. I love anything spicy and i add tabasco to almost everything. Chicken wings are awesome too. I could go on for ever but those are some of my favs

I'm still waiting for a day that the 3 come as a meal. When this happens, it will include a bottle of Firestone Double Barrel Ale.

It's a toss-up between Mexican, Chinese, and Italian. The sheer variety of those three cuisines is incredible.

But I'm a bit of a food snob, and I love most cuisines. French is up there, Lebanese, Japanese, Korean, Peruvian, they're all good.

And for more obscure cuisines, I've had Georgian food a few times (as in the country), and that stuff is incredible.

i do like those, i have not gotten them anywhere other than a special in west hartford at the elbow room though, i dont know where to get them on the regular.
