Bill Clinton frees North Korean slaves

i have no idea how he did it, but after months and months of failed negotiations with the N. Koreans, Bill Clinton managed to just go over there and get those 2 falsely imprisoned American journalists freed within like 20 minutes of his arrival. they were destined for 10+ years in a slave labor camp, where they almost certainly would have died.

hahahaha yah im definitely not saying he's superman or something, this story actually says more about how ridiculous the north koreans are than anything else. they're fucking babies. they just wanted an american diplomat to come over there and pay attention to them for half a day.

From what I have gathered it was a publicity stunt. Bill Clinton got invited by Kim and his visit was a stipulation of their release. The whole thing backfired on Kim and NK gained nothing and received even more scrutiny.

Lets just be happy that these people are back in the US. Now we have to send Billy down to Iran to save those hikers.

By the way Bill is looking good, he must be working out because Hillary is gone a lot and he can get out of his cage every once in a while.

no offense to bill clinton but i'm sure they had already negotiated their release before he went over. they wouldn't send him over there unless they knew he would look successful. I think they talked more about recognizing North Korea as a nuclear superpower than anything... which is what North Korea kinda wanted to happen with this whole distraction

some people here actually pay attention to news events.

All clinton had to do was show up. The reporters said that the n. koreans said to call clinton and have him come there and basically they would be released. its a pathetic attempt by n korea to legitimize kim jong il and north korea.
