Ahah fair enough, but don't get me wrong here, i'm not looking for some get jacked quick scheme. I'm completely aware of the fact that any progress from working out takes a good amount of effort, i was considering the 'working out until muscle failuer' concept before this to be honest. However, in the explaination it seems to say that the method they're pushing is more efficient, which is why i'm wondering whether this is a legit idea, or a cash grab on book sales.
Seriously, to anyone who's about to take a look at the link, read further than the bullshit "10 exercises, 5 seconds...." sales pitch lol. we all know thats crap, but the explaination talks about more than magical ways to get jacked in 5 seconds.
