I like to keep the intro clean and simple, with som chill music. what do you think?
I actually did a lot more colorgrading with magic bullet, but I had to reduse the use of MagicB, because Sony vegas just kept crashing.. Maybie Im canging itfor Premiere pro instead...
I like the intro. Simple and nice. Good filming. The transition wasnt real smooth though. It seemed like "oh yeah this is going to be a nice chill movie" and then it just kinda went into not so chill stuff...chea. Overall good job though
Overall i like it, here are a few things i would change
-A better mood could be set at 1:06 if the guy was laughing or smiling.
-The shot at 1:40 of the lift is sick, but i seems out of place. It might flow better at a different part of the edit(maybe around the 2:35 intro?)
-Less film burn.
-Less time lapses of traffic and lifts.
"you should probably pee in her butt, and then afterbang" -steevner$
you had some really nice colours in a lot of the shots.
The first thing that REALLY stuck out for me was the editing with the crystal castles song. You should have kept the edit trickless untill the vocals come in.
Seeing the frontflip off the box was really strange to have when the song is just warming up.
Tell her you aren't in the mood for a safari and that your hairless bedouin is feeling displaced in the savanna.
i like the intro but the transition from the intro to the actually skiing seemed weird. if i were you i wouldn't change the song during the transition. maybe find a song that goes with both the intro and the skiing?
overall i must say i think you did a great job with the cinemetography, however transitions are what was really bugging me. they just seemed a bit to fast and flashy for the mood that the movie was setting. but you had some excellent shots and i think the soundtrack was pretty legit. good job man!
