like someone else said your din is at 8 for an expert skiier i wouldnt go higher than a 10 if you insist on putting them higher, or maybe put the heals to to a 9/10 and leave the toes at an 8 so you can butter still with out the risk of poping out
^^^how is that retarted dude your racing you need it cranked higher but 14 now thats retarded your 145 and 6'2 so your pretty much a twig, theresno need for your dins to be that high man stop blasting people for puting there dins in the range they are supost to be in
i ment taht he was retarded for crankin his to a 14 when he is only 145 pounds ( i mean if your gs racing or anything like thats its a little more exceptable) but if your just crusins/pow/park that a perfect way to get hurt
Don't trust these charts ever. I get my bindings mounted any tell the shop set at 11 and they won't because at my weight(>160) they say that is too much.. If I land cliffs the way I should set at 7, I release, and if I land backseat I often don't. That is just treaching bad form. For my pow/crud/charging skis I ski about a 12-13, and park about a 10(Peak 18s for the 13 and 15s for the 10). Also at your BSL, you should set a bit lower than most people at your weight with smaller feet.
