k i need to stay in shape and am too poor to afford a gym membership what are some good workouts that you can do in the comfort of the living room?

burpees. the only good workout you can do without even leaving your cell.

sit ups
pull ups
push ups
run
squats
curls with mad random shit(ie. cats, furniture, ect...)

If I'm feeling like it, I grab my mini-fridge or a big chair and I bench that like 50 or 60 reps. Also, nearly every single ab workout, pushups, wallsits, lunges, and lower back workouts can be done in a 7x7' space.
