Help my with 270 out with video

watched the vid and ya u defs would want some more speed. also try some switch ups to because the shoulder movements help alot with the 270 out because most of your spin is gonna be started by and coming from your shoulders.

Well it looks like you're trying to lead with your feet. From my experience leading with your head and shoulders is important. And keeping as low as possible is good too. This lets you get your scissor on so much easier and gives a lot more control. Good luck with improving it.

^Definitely work on the rotation of your shoulders, and when you are starting front 270s, it helps to lead with your eyes, therefore when you landed you'd be looking backwards. Sure, almost everyone doesn't do this, but it helps while you're learning. It also helps to pretzel a bit with your front foot, and make sure to bend lower to pop off the rail. Again, it's not necessary, but it's good form, especially when you are learning.

well the small tight tee restricts your movement

and the non sagging track pants are pulled up to the max so sagg it and your legs wont flop everywhere becuase the waist band restricts your momvents in a good way. and use your head and shoulders to spin off

definataly scissor your skis more to get a better grip on the rail, and as everyone else says the rotaion is in the head/shoulders not the skis

set your front edge when you want to spin out. basically dip the tail of your front ski to sort of push off the rail.

Idk about anyone else but I really hate sliding on pvc.
If you can try findinf some metal for a rail/box. PVC tends to be really soft and not the easiest thing to pretzel on. At least thats what I've noticed.

You do want skis as close to center as possible for 2 7 offs.
One day youll feel real comfortable on the rail, thats when youll get em, more speed usually helps.


And what as the song used for like 10 seconds?

In my place by coldplay. And my dog is a Portuguese water dog and you never cut their tails I guess. She is an awesome dog though haha.

i watched a few of those and i'd say most importantly just keep trying them. you'll figure the motion out soon and it'll be a lot easier. and of course once theres some snow and some nice rail set ups it'll make it easier too

so take the tips in here and keep trying!

get lower then scissor. then when you pop if your low enough your skis should clear the rail because i noticed that they hit the side a bunch.
