well the small tight tee restricts your movement
and the non sagging track pants are pulled up to the max so sagg it and your legs wont flop everywhere becuase the waist band restricts your momvents in a good way. and use your head and shoulders to spin off
get lower then scissor. then when you pop if your low enough your skis should clear the rail because i noticed that they hit the side a bunch.
