lincoln loops

I need an exact description of a lincoln loop cause I'm not sure if I am doing one. My friend says I'm doing an underflip. I don't want any gay posts just a straight forward description of a lincoln loop compared to an underflip.

well, i lincon is like a cartwheel in the air, more or less, and an underflip is like a 180 to frontflip rotation
