Fuck Xbox Live Support

Yea so a couple weeks ago my Gamertag was stolen(Spec Op Gangsta) by a hacker and I contacted Xbox Live Support the same day it happened and they said the xbox live investigations team would look into my case. They said they would update my through email. The first email I got said:

Dear Xbox LIVE Customer:

Your report of unauthorized access to your Xbox LIVE account has been received by our fraud investigations team. To help protect your privacy and account information, your Xbox LIVE account has been temporarily locked, and sign-in has been disabled. Your account cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the Microsoft investigations team. No additional charges or changes can be made on your account while we investigate. At this time, we ask for your continued patience as we look into the situation.

Please continue to monitor this email address for status updates regarding this case. We may send you email forms with additional questions or information to help complete the investigation into the unauthorized access claim as needed. If you have any immediate concerns, please contact us and reference the Service Request number indicated above.

I recieved this the day after I called.
So I thought everythin was gonna be fine but it isnt.
As they said no one will be accessing your account except microsoft. BULLSHIT,I called everyweek after asking if the case has been updated,they say "Monitor you email daily" Ive been monitoring my email for the past three weeks and have got nothing. I ask XBL support why is someone on my account when you say it has been locked, they say it is an Xbox live investigator. Why would and xbox live investigator be playing Call of Duty: WOrld at war? They hang up. I ask if I can give proof that it is mine such as my credit card number etc. and they say" our investigation team is currently looking at your case. Well they havent done anything. Im super pist because they fuckin cant do anything for me. Plus you have indian people on the phone who cant speak english for shit. End Rant/

So if you would please harrass this hacker to give my account back with the info.

dude that sucks. support is fucking awful.

my brother has made it a habit to call them about once a week and hassle the shit out of them even if hes not having an issue, because they are no help at all when you have a problem.

we would like buy movies and they just wouldnt work so we are like okay can we fix this or get a refund and they dont do shit.

HOLY SHIT I DO THE SAME THING. i once about every 2 weeks just to fuck with their staff and make their life miserable. i ask for managers and tell the manager that i cant understand almost their whole staff. i tell them to transfer me to someone who can speak english. i do the same with DELL support also.

Alright my little brother confessed, he gave my email and password to a scammer,we share the same account. The scammer offered 2000 free microsoft point to my brother and my brother gave my info away,nothing is free in life. im currently choking him:) haha

Ohhh how i hate those people, i know how frustrating they can be. XBOX live placed a random charge on my card...after 5 conversations with Indians which made no sense and 4 months passing by i was finally given my money back.

ha have you ever tried to call the people there? i swear for everything the lady said i said "what?" right afterwards... why can't they hire english speaking people for customer support. it really grinds my gears.

Yea the Xbox Live Support stuff sucks.  They wouldn't cancel my subscription to Xbox live, and after they finally said they did, the kept charging the credit card.  I called them back and asked to talk to their supervisor who was actually an american.  Then they finally cancelled it.  After four months of me not even owning an xbox.

Update:Finally after so long I talked to the supervisor and they got my account back! YaaaHOooooo. No more hate messages or threats to spec op gangsta as I am now on the account.

I'm going through the same thing. exept after my account got hacked i call xbl and told them to start an invesigation (worst mistake of my life) so after i call them i harrased the kid who had my account and i got it back. so i got my account back and i thought everything was good no fucking xbox locked my account i can still login but when i go to redeem a 4000 points card i just bought i cant cause its locked and now there telling me i can't have it unlocked until the ivesdigation is over in 3 FUCKING WEEKS!!!!!!!!   SO I'M GOING TO MISS THE GOW2 DARK CORNERS, I'M GOING TO MISS MOTHERSHIP ZETA IN FALLOUT 3, I ASK THEM IF I CAN GET THE INVESDIGATION TEAMS NUMBER, THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ONE ,SO I SAY HOW DID YOU CONTACT THEM THEN, THEN THEY SAID THAT INFO IS CLASSIFIED!!!!!!!!!!, I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK RIGHT THERE , I SAID CLASSIFIED IM THE FUCKING ACCOUNTS OWNER I SHOULD KNOW EVERYTHING. WTF IS THAT ,CAN'T THEY JUST HIT A BUTTON AND UNLOCK IT. WHY MAKE THINGS SO DIFFUCULT

well you should of took there name before the hung up called back asked to speak to a manager and tell him the name of the person and told them what happened. and then you prob could of gotten the problem fixed cause you had a manager there who would bullshit you and then at the end ask for a points card or some shit.
