so we answered that question, how many people do the 'dip'? the dip is when you are almost done wiping, run a little bit of cold water on some TP and give the ol' bum a little cleaning. Or, the variation in a public restroom, when you use a little bit of spit on the TP? Nothing feels better than the 'dip' after a night of spicy food and tequila, takes the burn right away.
