I sprained my foot?

If its even possible to sprain your foot I believe I did.

Skating today, landed on my foot in some floppy ass Vans slip-ons and ended up doing what felt like folding my foot off the the side my by little toe. Now when i walk and put pressure on the outside of my left foot it hurts and is fairly sore just sitting here.

Perhaps a sprained it, diffidently doesn't feel broken but then again I've never broke my foot or ankle so I'm not sure.

Any tips on what I should do besides doctor. I'm going to put on a wrap to try to help while I go pick up my GF from work.

i had something similar happen to my foot a few years ago. prolly screwed up ligaments/tendons. ice it. rest it. i got by without a doctor, but you can be the judge of that for your needs.

Compression

Elevate

RICE!!!!   the more you stay off of it, the faster it is going to heal. wraping your ankle or getting an ankle brace thing at a store will help support your shit while its healing, and make you less likely to roll it again, which is easy to do and will make it a billion times worse

duuude, mario, i did the same thing last month when i idiotically attempted booting a wayyy overinflated basketball barefoot with all my might.  Stupid?...yes. ball went right through my foot and folded it in half.  Couldnt put any pressure on the outside front quarter of my left foot for a week.   jsut rice that shit and take it eeeazy.

I did the exact same thing longboarding, my foot just felt fucked up for a while so I didn't do anything too crazy. I thought it was broken for sure because it kept popping and feeling like shit, it's good now though. Just smoke some weed and take it easy.

Ha dang. You can, I did. I was a drunken retard one night leaving the bars, fell down some stairs, hated life the next morning. I couldn't walk for two days at all. By day 3 I could put some pressure on it. I have no medical insurance so I couldn't go get it checked out. Good thing.. cause 3 weeks later and it's pretty much back to normal. You'll live :)
