Tell me how badly my life sucks....!?

so wed. night i had my long board (its 2nd day i had it). i was getting pretty good. i am a longboarding noob, so there is there long and steep hill in my hood. i decicd i can do it in the dark. i go down, get super speed wobble (had no idea what speed wobble was), get thrown from my board. get cut up on everypart of my body. I go to the ER, and get 50 stiches in my chin. I am there until 3 am and go home and miss my final the next morning which i have to do in august.. then today. I am at the driving range with my buddy jsut hitting some chips cause i cant take a full swing. we are getting ready to leave and i get nailed in the head byy a ball some hack teed off on 18th. i go to the ground gushing blood... fire truck comes, ambluaance comes. i go to the ER again.. and get 3 staples in my head. yes my life sucks but at least in both happenings i got no brain injuries. but yeah.......

i am so fortunate to have never really had any bad wipe outs on my board. I do some pretty dece shit. i got a board for bombing hills and a cruiser for the rotary trail (a trail of fresh pavement that goes around most of my city, its got some small hills, its windy, FRESH pavement as the whole thing is less then 2 years old, and there is a good long hill that we luge) what kinda board did you get, what trucks and wheels?
heal up soon and get ripping again.

longboarding is way more dangerous than people think it is...ive never had a bad fall on a steep hill because im always focusing pretty hard, but ive had 3 or 4 pretty shitty ones on relative flat concrete this summer alone when ive just been cruising around with my friends and not paying enough attention...it's sometimes easy forget that youre going like 30mph on fucking concrete

i got a sector nine bomb hills (the slut, cause all my friends who dont have boards ride her) with gulwing chargers. its a pretty good board for hills but YOU NEED TO CARVE, you cant go straight down cause thatswhen you get speed wobble. my short board, a rayne timeline with revenge trucks (BEST board and truck combo ever) it actually does really well on hills for being a shorter board, the revenge trucks are super stable, my only complaint is its pretty high to kick with and im sure they could make the trucks lower

i went the opposite direction with this and got a super long Never Summer Swift that comes up almost to my collarbone when you stand it on end...it's got paris trucks and big soft wheels, plus just about the gnarliest flex ive ever felt. it's so fucking fun for cruising and making wide carving turns, it just cant cut on a dime or slide like a short board

but ive had S9's for years and im tired of them, theyre all starting to feel kinda the same.

oh, and other guy, if you want to get good at bombing hills in an environment that's more controlled, go hit up a parking garage

i love the loaded dervish flex 2, nice and long, low to the ground thanks to drop threw trucks, great for wide turns and fun for cruising. as for my S9 i LOVE it, its a really fun board BUT they sure all do feel the same.
oh and parking garages are tones of fun! good for filming with a follow cam, or driving with the trunk up on my van and film in front of the boarder, and its fun to taxi up with a rope behind

I finsihed making  a second board last night, and as I was turning the corner to the top of a biggg hill my cheap fucking board snapped.. lucky it didn't do it when I was going like 40 mph down the hill...

how did you make it? im planning on making some boards this winter using a vacuum bag and making a "mold" out of Styrofoam then pressing layers of maple together, thats the right way to do it (well one of them) if you just cut plywood or something they wont last and will ride like they are, a plank.
