Just a little worried about these Environmental Science and Economics exams I have coming up. Envi Sci is today at 1:00 and Economics is on monday. I know I have the material down pretty well but I just can't seem to get rid of the anxiety.
These are the last two tests of high school, worth 40% of my yearly grade, and I've been going over the practice tests over and over again but each time I keep forgetting more stuff. This just happens to me when I get stressed, it doesn't help at all. Does anyone have any stress relief techniques that might help ease it up a little bit?
It's my 18th b-day today so I'm getting mad blunted afterwards, but I can't go into these tests high haha I need to have a non-substance related method for this.
