3's to 7's

i need some help on 7's...i can do lots of harder tricks but for some reason have never tried 7's.
how big of a step are they from 3's and 5's? and hsould i look at the landing a second as i finish the first 3 of it?

believe it or not, you don't want to spot your landing or else it'll throw off your balance. just get the amount of spin dialed. start off with3's and 5's, then just add the extra effort. that's what i do (7's can be tough, so you want to gradually work your way into them)

yea my first 7 I was like what the hell, and sorta hucked it and landed on my feet but skidded out, so after I got the spin down I just worked on the landing 2nd attempt I nailed it
