bend your knees and lean forwards in your boots a little, then when you get to were you wanna pop just explode out of the jump and then bring your knees up when your in the air

i didnt have very good pop up until a little bit ago. I kept trying to ride on. Try standing in on place, on flat ground, and jumping. then when you get to a good height, practicing jumping and turning the 90. When you get comfortable with this on flat ground it is way easier on rails.
