uh dont know waht happened there... but how are those decided upon? seems like a wide range of vieos are featured from pro/team videos, to unknown riders...

Its actually a mixture of staff-chosen videos, and top rated vids from the gallery. We've got an algorithm that crawls the video section by rating every day, and automatically picks a new video that it determines is the best by what you guys have voted.
However, Myself and a couple of the other staff have an option to flag a video to go onto the homepage. We do this when an episode of Chug Life, Travelling Circus, Salomon FreeskiTV, or just a rad video that we find comes out. So, its an editorial selection, but mixed with the best videos that you guys upload to the site.
Lets face it, there's a lot of super talented people on the site, and we want to make sure to feature them right alongside the pros!
