How convert a quicktime movie to wmv, for free?

what program? I've downloaded a few free trials but they all put this lame watermark over the video.

the title should have had "avi" instead of wmv. Anyway Im trying to make an edit out of avi clips and quicktime clips and I was going to just use windows movie maker since its the only free program I know of, but it won't recognize the quicktime files
