Line graffiti stencil intro

The effect line does at the begginning of their videos where they lay down the stencil, spray over it, then lift it up and zoom on the logo.

Any ideas how to do that effect?  Does a plug-in exist?  Using Mac w/FinalCut and Adobe suite for graphics.

after effects. the text is done with a mask, the stencil is done with a 3d camera layer

a plugin u serious? imagine anything and learn to do it. do not depend on programs to do it for you. use the program to do your bidding.

make the logo with alpha on the inside part where the letters are

bring it into after effects

use a shape and blur the shit out of it and animate it to be bigger and shit over time

never mind didnt watch it that is really easy just some basic after effects understadning of animated masks layer ordering and alpha you would be able to really easily pull that off
