So this is pretty fucking awesome, a music video recorded in one take with audio recorded simultaneously, excellent camera work as well.. plus the song itself ain't bad either. Check it out.

yes my bad man I didn't mean to steal that from you.. "thought I'd share" would not of been my guess at a possible thread title from the search bar.. but I also searched "nyle" too and someone posted a thread with that name in it anyway.. oh well, at least it gives the chance for more people to see an ill video.

That was really well shot.

But, audio and video all at one time. NOT A CHANCE!

Drummer was out of sync.
You can't have girls singing like that with no mics and have their levels.
You can't wander around a studio weaving in between singers, piano, brass and wind instruments and have the rappers audio level stay exactly the same.

Really well shot with great fluidity, but there is just no reason to lie about the audio.

The videography was amazing, but the audio kinda sucked.  Girls were too loud in the beginning, the singer kinda sucks at holding the mic the same distance from his mouth/kept fading in and out... other than that, super sick video, not so great audio, his voice kinda annoyed me too.

Still sick though.

check out "Russian Ark" its an hour and a half long movie, weird as fuck, but the entire movie is done in one take and there is a cast of thousands.

as for the girls, they never said they didn't edit this, so they could have upped their sounds in the editing, or they had small mics on their shirts or something no one notices

they recorded the audio at the same time, and then adjusted levels and edited it afterwards. Its not exactly what it would sound like real time, they had to do some kind of editing.

I'm sorry but they literally could not have done it this way.

Have you ever tried listening to somebody speaking into a microphone while a trumpet was playing right next to them. It wouldn't work.
