to the op - the guy that mentioned the obd2 scanner at autozone or whatever is spot on. they'll give you a code and then you know where to go from there. there are probably over 100 different CELs on your ecu so you can't tell for sure unless you read it. (they do this for free)
otherwise, if it was a one time thing, or you think it was, unplug the negative terminal on your battery and leave it off for 10-20 minutes...that should reset your ecu and get rid of the CEL. If you flip the code again fairly quickly, then you'll know for sure it wasn't a bogus code and something needs fixed. o2 sensors are a fairly common cause of CELs, but yeah purely speculation until you read it.
