looks like you had fun when making it which is really important....the editing was good, did a good job of matching shots to the beat, the skiing was alright

editing was nice. And for a school trip edit, its pretty weezy. Personally, i like edits loaded with rails and urbans, but for what you had to play with, +K

not bad, not bad. it has all the qualities of a great edit. the filming is good, the songs are great, the editing is outstanding. unfortunately, the riding is a bit weak, and thus makes the edit somewhat boring. now dont get me wrong, i really enjoyed watching it. but some of the shots seemed a bit unnecessary, and most of the skiing left alot to be desired.

if your looking into a career in video production, go for it. you obviously have talent.

The editing didn't flow from scene to scene, and since they were all the same it just seemed like a random interruption.

high quality edit... obviously the skiing wasnt amazing but you didnt have much to work with so it can be excused...
overused passion pit kinda pissed me off and you were trying  a bit to hard to sync up the beat with changing the frames and whatnot, which got annoying at times... but it was a dope edit in general, a lot better quality than most ive seen on here.

Understandable, you could have put some pretty sick shots in from Innsbruck though.  Incorporate the Austrian culture bro!

cool edit for sure, looks like you guys got snow and had a good time. here's some constructive criticism: i think the pace was too slow for the footage you had. slow only works when the footage is so good that it makes you really want to stop and look at it, and as people have said the level of riding in this vid wasnt that. towards that end i think you could be a lot more selective in your clips, there were some nice shots mixed in with a lot of mediocre ones and it would have flowed better to cut down on some of that. some of the clips could have also been cut shorter to keep the flow of the vid going as well. i know its tough when youve had a great time or spent a long time filming something and it seems so cool to you that you want to use it all, but you have to keep the attention span of your audience in mind. and finally, as i think someone above mentioned, there were a couple of times where the cutting of clips directly to the beat was overdone and predictable. image quality and your abilities with after-effects were impressive though. join the Movie Maker's cult if you haven't already, lots and lots of good threads and helpful people in there

innsbruck is a great place. why did you go there?

I studied there for a year. you guys should have hit up nordpark. they have the best park in innsbruck. if you go back make sure to check that place out.

kind of long for the shots you had, but you had a couple of nice cliff drops.
