Exporting From Imovie

Alright. Everytime I export from Imovie hd it comes out with reallllly shitty quality

So i export using web streaming, and i know im doing something wrong.
Anyone wanna tell me the right settings to export to youtube/vimeo?

If your uploading it to youtube/vimeo, dont chose web streaming for quality. Make it as high quality as possable without going over the size limit. the sites will downscale the video if nessicary
