BHAHABHAHAHAHHAHAHHA...........skiing is so much more physical on your body then baseball is in everyway. The amount of training, and physical developpment that you have to go through to be a competitive skier is so much more intense then anything baseball throws out. In ski racing your performance is directly effected by what shape your body is in.
To take part in of fastest non-motorised sports in the world, you have to be fit.
i have one thing to the people who talk about injuries in skiing and baseball.........you can DIE skiing.
You can't DIE playing baseball. Avalanche, extreme trauma, long falls, exposure. The injuries you can inflict skiing are so much worse then baseball....you can't even compare. Do baseball stadiums have helipads because they are worryed their players are going to get hurt? No.
Then we can talk about long term issues of skiing, such as knee problems, Artrithus ( spelling is wrong i know), loss of flexibility, loss of ability ( not being able to bend down, or walk). I could go on for hours. Skiing has much more risk, and risk of injury then baseball. If you don't believe me, ask any Ski patrol.
