I've done some judging in my time and I believe an overflip and a misty 5 to be totally different.
The "360" in the flip does not count towards the overall rotation score.
The video is an over flip. Forward stance with full front flip with 180 to land switch.
In a misty 5 you can see the whole body twisting about its axis by a full 540 degrees. It is a forward rotating flip where the feet pass (as close as possible) directly over the head.
It is common to describe an overflip as a "misty". But it is not a misty 5.
