Wondering if anyone has some insight/similar experiences.
I have Dalbello Kryptons with the Intuition Liner. I got them from a really trusted shop and was fitted and everything. They felt great at first last season, I loved how they were such a better, tighter fit from my old packed out salomon 1080s. I had good days and bad days though, days where they felt great, days where they sucked.
This year I tried custom footbeds. I had them made and my liners reheated and everything. For about a week they were feeling so solid. I felt my skiing improve from such a good fit, my edges felt so "in tune". But then I started having a roller coaster effect. I always wear the same thin socks and always dry my boots. Some days though my feet would feel so bad, I wouldn't even want to ski. I would loose feeling sometimes. However I can still move my toes a little. I've tried going back to the regular liner, but I feel like I can't flex the boot then or something, the fit doesn't feel at all the same, and I ski like shit. Then I'll put the intuitions back in and all will be gravy for a day or two.. Can't figure it out!
