do not i repeat DO NOT trust diving boards or tramps to get you perfect for trying flips on snow. i can stomp frontflips in my sleep on tramps and into pools [not much of a stomp since there is nothing to stomp on] so 2 weeks ago i decided that i was gunna bring it to snow so i did and broke my leg. be careful! p.s. dont let this scare you away from trying inverts i wanna try one again more than i did before cuz i wanna stomp it just make sure you know what you are doing before you huck yourself.

Get yourself fit and your body in good shape. It is amazing the difference strength does to your skiing. Also work on your balance, spin off anything build a summer jib? take up something like swimming (one of the best sports for skiing because it works everything) and visualise yourself skiing.
get full tilts.
