Saga guarantees 100% customer satisfaction on all purchases placed through Sagaouterwear.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will offer a full refund on all products remaining tagged and in new re-sellable condition. This no questions asked return policy last for 30 days from time of purchase. If during the season you have any claims that require repair or replacement we will do our best to get your gear back to you within 10 days (days depending on circumstances). Our commitment is to get your gear back to you as quickly as possible. If you feel your return requires special attention or services please contact us directly and we will assist you on the fastest method for repair or replacement. Certain Issues may require additional time. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to outerwear. Certain warranty issues may take extended time.
For your protection we recommend customers use a tracking method for shipping all returns. All refunds will be made in full minus a 7% restocking fee.
