GAPER RUINED MY DAY

As i was going off a jump out of the corner of my eye i see this stupid mother fucker laying on the landing. I tryied avoiding him but it was to late. I hit him, lose both my skis and slide about 30 yards on my side. I must add that i have a broken arm and i landed on it wich hurt like a mother fucker, on top of that i got a shitload of snow up my pants and coat. As i slowly get up to retrive my skis this faggot says , "what the hell dude." I WAS SO PISSED. not only did this fucker mess me up but he tells me; what the hell. I punched that bitch in the face. And just my luck a ski patrol sees me punch the idiot. Well lets just say my day was over. Thanks a lot you fucking retard. Fuck gapers and ski patrol.

he should have had a spotter, but the gaper shouldn't have been in the landing.

Anybody supporting this kid is an idiot. You guys are have such a feeling of self-entitlement it's disgusting. Isn't it the job of the person dropping to make sure the landing is clear? I could understand if the guy just snaked in but that wasn't mentioned anywhere. Get over yourselves.

Here's the thing. He landed on/skied into the kid, who from what I can gather was unhurt. If he was able to leave the area even after getting hit, and the skier did not see him fall, he should have had his ass out of the landing by the time the next guy went off the jump. It's different if he had a broken bone and couldn't get up easily, but if he was mobile, he should have moved his ass.

Broken bones aren't the only thing that hurt. Shit, the kid may have just rung his bell a bit and not been ready to move. Mr. SkiBitch is probably too good a skier to have ever fallen on a jump, banged his head, and needed a minute to clear his thoughts before moving his carcass along. (It was probably hard for SkiPA to tell what happened, being that he just rammed into the kid). He just breaks his arm so that he looks "core" "progressing" in the park. Yee-haw! I don't honestly wish this upon you, but I would probably laugh a little bit,cynically, if you fell on that thing, got a blood clot, and needed it amputated. Start a new trend with only one pole, yippee!

I hope someone poops in your lunch bag and that you think your mommy snuck in a brownie for you. Someone, anyway, who knows that you punched in the face a kid who damn well didn't deserve it.

Please say you punched the patroller, too, cuz that would make all the other demented people here worship you even more. And fix your damn grammar, NewSchoolers! You guys suck at that shit!

Me I think it's 50 50, because it's not you're fault that he was on the landing and it's not like you knew he was there? On  the other hand you should wait to see if the last person that went off the jump got off safely, but he did say what the hell man when it's his fault for not trying to get off the landing as fast as he can. Then again you punched him *CLAIM* witch wasn't called for. All that was needed was verbal abuse and tell him to smarten up soo no -k or +k

Rule 2 especially applies in this case.

Rule 1 has relavance here as well.

While we're at it, Rule 5 should have been followed too. 

I'm guessing the OP disregarded rule 9 all together.

It is your job to make sure they are not in the landing zone, and your job to avoid hitting them. Not theirs, weather he had a broken tibia or a paper cut on the landing zone it doesn't fucking matter you see, HE WAS THERE. Aka you shouldn't be.
Yeah it is annoying when people do not clear landing zones in a timely matter, but not everyone is a seasoned skier (you are not, if you had any common sense and were even 1/10th of what a seasoned skier is you would know not to ski, wait put it this way..if you had a fucking IQ over 30 you would go oh I have a broken arm).

Some people like to go off jumps they know they shouldn't be on, like you for instance, there is probably a small...incredibly minuscule  portion of your brain that said I wonder if skiing on a broken arm is a good choice, and these people end up in trouble with their shit scattered all over, and a little sore.


Then I have to vote you are retarded for skiing with a broken bone. If I was insurance company, you would never get coverage.

I wish the gaper would have had some balls and twisted your broken arm, watched you go on your knees, and then kick you in the face with his boot.

God damn I wish you would just fall on that broken arm already. Did you eat paint chips as a kid or something? Miss a day..wait year of school or something? I second the neurologist suggestion. You should make sure you are even mentally able to perform basic tasks without fucking up like this.

Wow a lot of info is left outta the thread to start making assumptions. How was his tone when he said "what the hell?" Was he pissed off and trying to be a hardass, or was he saying it because he was in pain? How long was he on the landing for and why would you hit the jump if you didnt see the rider ride away? Was he just sitting there on the jump, or was he trying to get situated and get his gear back together or get up and ski away? How old was he and did he look like an experienced rider?


Theres a lot more that the story needs in order to determine the correct situation. All im saying is maybe he did the right thing, maybe he didnt, but none of us really know quite yet. (not trying to call you out thread creater, just trying to stop this stupid argueing)

What part of skiers in front of you have the right of way don't you understand?

The original poster doesn't even mention if he knew someone went down the hill.

I imagine the OP got off the lift, skied over to the course, and just took right off because he is SkiPAbitch, SkiPAbitch doesn't have time for things like safety for himself, or others on the hill.

Imagine you had your bindings too lose and you landed perfectly but bam out from underneath you your skies go and you land hard on your tailbone. You feel like the mountain just raped you, and you are gimping around to get your shit together in the landing zone, and ass hat here comes flying down the jump  missing you, and then he thinks hes the shit and punches a dude in the face.

I wish you would have had assault charges pressed against you personally. You assaulted another person, which is breaking the law. You were unprovoked, he was not threatening your life. You are a criminal weather you know it not. Now at this moment in time you have to ask yourself, is that the life I want to live? Raping women, killing babies, and being a dip shit on the local ski hill?

One day you are going to piss off the wrong person and you are going to get your shit wrecked. They will see your feeble 11 year old body and say fuck you to your face and beat the shit out of you until their poles are bent.

Urban grow up. I think what he was getting at is the fact that going easy down some green groomers would be less retarded than going off jumps with a broken arm.

Although everyone not suffering from brain damage of some sorts will agree. Skiing of any sorts, fuck I don't care if your tubing even, with a broken bone is not a wise choice.

As many of you know the downhill skier always has the right of way, joey was on the landing, pretty sure thats down hill of the jump, its your own fault for landing on him if you like it or not.

Finally, its one thing to not want families using the park like any other groomer but, everyone has to start somewhere. So if some kid on rental equipment is wrecking himself in the park more power to him for sacking up and trying because the truth is he probably has more balls than you do.
