The title of the thread pretty much speaks for itself. So, the thing is that I've been using Salomon Suspect for quite a while, and I still do, but I also got some favors to use up before next years collection comes and all that. So, I wondered which one of the skis K2 Extreme and Line Anthem I should pick. (These are the skis that I am more interested in).
Please, I have a lot of experiences with skis on performance and specs, but by all means, submit your thoughts, preferred with comparisons and the most handy/useful specs.
Thank you for your time.
i think you mean underrated. and no, they're one of the most popular park skis there is, and it's rare to see someone who doesn't claim how awesome they are. It's going to be pretty hard to get a response on here that's not super bias, but they're two different skis. Both are pretty good for all mountain, but the K2 is going to ski better in pow because it lacks a symmetrical sidecut, because of this it'll also carve better. The anthem is going to be better for butters because it's soft, and it'll ski switch better because of the symmetrical sidecut.
Hey, everyone. Thank you for your replies and opinions, and pretty much everything that is mentioned about both skis is correct, expect the dude who said that Extreme is PE with diff graphix and a name.
I've been looking at the Line ski for some time, Extreme is just something that came to mind since I can select between those two skis. Considering your opinions and reviews, the Anthem seems like a much better ski for me, as I'm doing huge switch tricks and a lot of railin'/park shredding.
Once again, thank you.
