Good REALLY white rappers?

my friend and i were having a debate on whether hip hop is a genre run by a black power movement

i believe that there are some really good rappers out there like aesop rock and immortal technique, slug, etc. who are good. but even so they dont really sound that white. are there any good ones that are serious that sound like a white dude?

Sam Adams is actually pretty good. I Hate College, Brand New, Tabs Open, and Opening Day, are good. Although, some of his stuff is not good.
