hey, are 169 pe's to big for someone who is 5'4 and still growing
im 5' 4' and still growing and my shop wudnt give me 161 1080s so 169 pe's are probably too big but weight factors in
that sux, my friend has um and he got em when he was 5'2
no stop skiing short skis my friend is shorter than you and rides the 179 and he loves them
when you stand the skis up next to you how tall are you in relation to the skis?

weight is a lot more relevent than height. and im 155 pounds and riding 185's, and i like the size a lot. i guess you cant spin quite as fast, but noone likes a huck anyways.

This may not help... but after I got my 169's and had them mounted I wish that I would have gotten 179's. Im about 5'10' and I think I shoulda gotten the 179's. Plus if your still growing you can grow into them. The 179's are about up to my eyebrows on me.
Being 5'10, of course you should have got 179s. My dad (5'10)was looking to go really short for good turning and he got 179s. 169 is way short.
im 5'9' and my skis are 170
i ski 170 Armada's im 5'9 and there at the top of my head there comfortable
I have Armada AR5's and they are glorious
169 is prolly about right even if they are a lil big u can grow into em
just get 179's.....you'll be used to them in exactly 7.2 seconds
Abba Zabba, you my only friend
im 6' and on 179 pe's
'What Would Harvey DO?'
im 6' and i have 169s but i got them when i was like 5'7 and don't have money for new ones at the moment... i find they are a little small, but still good. 169 is definately not too big for 5'4 and growing.
