Thank god there are other people out there who appreciate this amazing stuff. I eat it on everything from eggs to pizza to sandwiches to pasta / Chinese / Japanese food.. It goes with anything.

Sriracha is pretty common in Vancouver, I suggest anyone who lives in a city with a decent chinatown / asian food store go pick some up.

i love this sauce. for adding flavor it's great, i use it on a shit ton of things. but if i just want to add spicy but not sour, like when i make stir fries, i use spicy oil
