i just got a viruse, w32.kwbot.f.worm

i found where it is on my computer, but i cannot delete the file it says 'make sure the file is not a copy only, or in use'


how the fuck do i delete this. i dont like it :@

yes sir. then installs something else allowing the controller to access your comp. how do i shut it down?

cntrl-alt-delete and look for it in the list. tell it to end task. then try to delete it.

and if that doesnt work, shut everything down but explorer.exe and system idle process, basically anything that says system next to it leave open, everything else shut down

do you have anti-virus software... u caould always scan with that and try and eliminate the problem.

call up the company that you bought your comp from. i have an HP and i just call them up anytime i have an problem. it's free and they are very helpful (even if it's obvious english isnt their first language)
