how to speed up your computer withought doing any harm to it

go to www.download.com and do a search for spybot
(the full title of it is spybot: search and destroy) anyway just do a search for spybot. when you find it download it and open it and run the search and destory. If it find spyware and after the search is done hit fix problem. it should make your computer a shitload faster. after that, do a immunize to make it so that it won't happen again.

what the hell, you guys are retarded. it wont give you a virus, it its designed to remove viruses and spyware from your computer. How the ell can you not trust it, I scan with spybot and ad-aware every day and my computer couldn't be faster

i had ad aware a while back and i know it removed spyware but im not sure if it fixed the damage. so can someone tell me wich is better spy-bot or ad-aware?

no, reformat only cleans the hard drive. much like how you would whipe a baby's ass. the car window is the only way for speed.

the free versions of both spybot and ad aware only remove SOME of the stuff.

thankfully, what one doesnt remove the other does. so to get rid of it all you need both.

itsbackfliptime^ if you ran spybot first then course it found more stuff than adaware did, spybot already removed most of whata daware would find.

7200 rpm hard drive is very noise, i can hear it from almost anywhere in the house. i use ad-ware, and it helps a lot.

use both spybot and adaware. also there is hijack this but only use this one if you know what you are doing or are being redirected to the wrong websites. also to speed up your compu try running msconfig and removing everything you don need and also remove things from your startup folder. there are a ton more things you can do but unless you have decent computer knowledge i wouldnt try
