so after skiing yesterday in -20 degrees C temps (we usually are around +2 to -5 temps), i noticed that there was a crack in my shell coming from the T point at the toe. i guess the plastic must have gotten brittle, but shouldnt a ski boot be made to withstand really cold temperatures?
does anyone know if a relatively small crack in that area (about 2 cm long) would affect the performance/safety of the boot at all?
