fuck, this always happens.
umm, top ramen, chilli dogs, beef, hot chocolate, pizza, burritoes, and nachoes
cereal cause it's light and you can eat unlimited amounts of it.
in the morning scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast OR a breakfast burrito followed by a red bull make me ski like a champ
green tea, waffle, bacon and homefries like a hour before you go ski
tuna melts, fritos, fresca, and a red bull. clementines too
take a coffee mug fill it with jack daniels, then dump in a gram of coke, stir chug go rip. if it was good enough for stevie ray it is good enough for me.
but seriously a bacon egg n cheese mcgriddle meal with a medium hi-c orange
quick oats or bacon egg and cheese and a ton of OJ idk if its just me but red bull monster 5 hour energy none of them do anything for me sorta sucks
breakfast: eggs bacon toast and orange juice
10 minutes before skiing eat a poptart and down a 12 oz red bull
lunch: cheeseburger. snickers. redbull
redbull to start your day is good but its soooooooooooooooooooooo bad for you, worse then you think
