Ordering Help

I have been trying to pre order a suit but after i enter the credit card number and everything it says something like the card was declined or cannot be accepted, i dont remember exactly. i called the card company and they said it must be a problem with the website cause there is no problem with the card. i have emailed and called saga, but no response yet. i also understand that they are very busy.

But i was wondering if anything like this has happened to you, or if someone could help me out a little more with this. i have also tried multiple times and the same thing has happened each time.

try again, if it dosnt work and you have a paypal, make a $1 deposit from the card. if it dosnt work then there might be a problem the company didnt check for, if you dont have a paypal same thing but buy something cheap online

its all good now, i just used a different card. so it probably was the card i was using first.

you may want to check on the statement for the first card you used to make sure they didnt charge you by accident. same thing happened to me and i was charged with 2 suits...the guys at saga said there had been a problem with the site and removed one of the orders right away
