i wouldnt say they dont have much going for them. they have a pretty unique profile. plus they dont fall apart like the othe junk. so i would definatly say they have that going for them. plus a 2 year warranty. hat exactly did you mean by 'not alot going for them'?

im not saying that 4FRNT as a company has nothing going for them, because I know that soon enough they will be up there competing for the best twins. But for now, the skis they have released are nothing special, they are similar to the 1080's from 1999. Once they get established, and learn the tricks of the trade, I'm sure they will be putting out some very nice skis.

^^ hahahahahahahaha similar to the 1080's from 99? your a funny guy. they are probably one of the most fifferent twins from the older 10's (which i have) they are COMPLETELY different construction, COMPLETYELY different dimensions, COMPLETELY different flex pattern (no we noodle tails), but yeas they are quite similare to the old 1080s...in that they both round up in the back.

i saw a pair at the ski show in oregon and the ski was literaly twice as thick(not waist) as any other ski and twice as stiff. they just seem like really really stiff and thick twins to me, nothing too special.

4frnt is super dooper gay guys, for one there american and proud, (shaking his head and muttering 'wut poor poor souls') and ya there just flat out anal, like if you look in the november freeskier, the gear guide one, and theres that pic of steele spence and the other guy. well steeles cool and all even if he was dumb enough to get in with 4frnt. okay, i did back it up. what other ski is as fat, stiff, and as good of a twin as 4frnt. The 4 frnts have a tail similar to armada, perfectly rounded but alot more durable and good for going through rough stuff/obstacles switch, and not absurdley high looking like LINE, and not 1.6 cm off the ground like some of the groms. they are just right for fatness, not like a big mountain ski that wont do park, and not like a skinny ski that wont do anything in powder. The stiff makes for good ollie because 4 frnt has that maple core so its got better durability and pop, and they have that bomb protection. Plus the 4 frnts are way cheaper than the armada big mtn skis... and yes, i am a billboard, whats the problem?... so go buy em, you know you will like them.... 4 frnt rules nuff said.

From what i have heard and seen, they seem like a ski thatis more specificalaly built for ticks grinding etc.
they are stiffer and wider than normal ski,
have the maple core
and are more durable overall,
its not an all around ski with its tail turned up thats for sure
