I have a size 10.5 and very wide foot, and almost every year i get a pinching feeling on the top and outside edge near the pinky toe and after an hour of skiing my foot is almost numb and in lots of pain, and over the years of wearing ski boots it has pushed my pinky toe inward somewhat, this year im going to get my boot specially fitted, but any suggestions for a boot that doesnt have to be a specific park boot, for wide feet
Anything from Technica with an HVL designation. I ride the Vento 95
Ive been riding that boot for the last 3 years (It used to be called the Vento 10) and love it. Its a tad cold in super chilly temps, but otherwise, it has saved my wide feet.
as far as i know those techicas and solomons are the widest ones out there. you could also talk to a bootfitter and see if they could pound that out for you.
yea, i did tons of research last winter on good boots for me, but I had a good boot fitter and ended up in a pair id never heard of before. I do remember that there was an atomic boot that was really soft and even too wide for me, which I had never found before.
