uh, bmx is gay.

and if you want a beginner skate, theres not really any beginner skate, just skates. then you can go out and buy replacement parts that will make the skate better, or more to your liking.

if you want some fairly cheap skates, look into some Salomon ST-Ones.

go to www.outaline.com, they usually have skates on sale, or if not, email them and they'll find you some good used skates.

i just say bmx is gay cause all the bmxers that go to the park here just stand around and get in your way. they never do anything. they brought 2 ramps to the park and left them there, they were destroyed in hours.
everyone hates them.
but the people who are good at it, and dont make fun of everyone else, are cool.

go with USD or Razors for aggressive skates. go with K2 or Salomon for fitness skates.

for USD, i recommend Dustin Latimer model. for Razors, i recommend Jon Elliott Pro (my skate... hehehe). if u want fitness skates, K2 Innova is a good choice. for Salomon, i recomment the Crossmax model.

whatever u do, buy yourself some wrist guards and knee pads. you won't need the elbow pads, though. for protective pads, look at some from Harbinger, Triple 8, and Pro-Tec.

u also need a cheap helmet if you're going to ride in the pipe or shit.

What size feet? I got some nice k2 Bing Airs that I outgrew. There in really nice shape and could sell them for like 50 dollars american.

I have size ten feet. If they have a good grind surface, that would be great, I'm really mainly interested in rails, so I can do some sick handrails here.

save the dough and just buy soaps, way easier to get really good at, you can master hand rails in like a night
