Nordic Training Food
I am in intense training for my nordic racing (As you know, I also freeski) and I am hungry. I need a low calorie food that fills me up....Saltines are good, but I can't find any at home here. Any tips?
'It's good to know more than Teddy'
I was a nordic skiier for years. I ate regular food and still did good. Dont be a queer nordic skinny wenier, they never win races... only the big europeans win these days.
Clif bars! They aren't low calorie or anything, but they're sooo good and you can take them anywhere. Sorry, that didn't help a lot, but still.
