1200mk2s, don't buy anything else. I'm just saving you a whole bunch of time because no matter hwat you buy, you'll end up selling it and buying htese so just skip that step

First off, your gonna need more than just 2 turntables. You need your mixer tables cables optional midi controller and optional laptop. Anyway just check around for used stuff in your city, like craigslist. Basically I encourage you to just buy really nice stuff right away cause starting on shit stuff can be discouraging and your gonna end up buying nice shit anyway. Try and get Technic S1200's or if you want CDJ;s if your more into techno shit i'd say go for pioneers. Basically if you want to spin hiphop = Vinyl, Techno sometimes vinyl but i'd say go with CD's or even better just get a MIDI.

the thing with vinyls you can get discouraged becuase you are going to have to buy all your tracks and not everything can be found or released on vinyl. so it kinda limits the fun. and yeah you can buy sereto scratch but thats like another 500 dollars plus a laptop. you shouldnt be buying all these things if you have no clue how to DJ. if you like spending money but not a lot, i'd personally go buy a Vestax MIDI controller.

tech 12's are old news.  people love to say how they are the best and everything else is crap.  that may have been true 10 years ago, but today there are many other tables, some that put the tech 12 to shame.  For the same price as the tech 12 get the stanton 150.  Far superior table in every way.  and stay away from that mp3 nonsense.  you have to develop a love and appreciation for vinyl my friend.  thats what its all about.  learn to crawl before you walk or run.
