looking for size large or xl on jacket, xl on pants. not really down to buy anything that has been used too much, but if it has only been used a few times it's cool.

But seriously, these kinds of threads are a waste of space.  You are asking NS to be your personal ski shop.  Why not use the internet to search around, or even Ebay?  You didn't state any specific information, and most likely all you will receive is random PMs with people trying to pawn off gear they don't want, which you most likely won't want.  Find out specifically, like brand and model, the outerwear you want to buy and then see if maybe anyone has that.  Generalities don't work well with this audience.

yes, you may.  I do it because I remember even a few months ago, much less a few years ago, when this site wasn't nearly as saturated with pointless threads about sunglasses, paintball guns, oakley bandanas and vague, lazy WTB threads.  And I wouldn't necessarily describe my responses as you would, but prefer to think I am trying keep a bit of organization in this forum, which I happen to enjoy using frequently.
