Mt hood summer ski camps

 Hey so me and my friends were looking at going to a windells but this one is way cheaper and bettter dates just wondering if anyone has been and if its worth it like i guess im just wondering what to expect thanks  +karma for help post in here then message me please and thank you

Its dope, its more for racing but there park is so ill. Its worth it trust me.

windells is worse since its further east on hood.

mhssc is pretty ill as they go. some quality shit (skiers and park) without the hype and price of windells and all. dont let it fool ya though, since there can be a pissload of people

I went a few weeks ago. It was great. If you're not used to hiking though you might not like it.

Yea set up when I was there were 2 jumps and a quarter. A bunch of rails and boxes and their private park runs into the public. Great food for breakfast and pretty good dinner. cold cuts for lunch. 3 tramps(alright tramps) Good rooming Golden Poles in Govy is sick

my friend just got back last weekend from mhssc and said it was the best experience ever. he went for 2 weeks and is going back later this summer. there is so much snow right now it's unbelievable. plus, i've heard mhssc is super chill and a lot better for your bank account than windells.

Snow melts people. It's been sunny and hot all week. The public park currently consists of three decent jumps and one terrible flat down box. It's not that fun. Windells park is sick though.

when i went i thot it would b t shirt weather but i wore heavy clothing all week. pack for more than u need in ski clothing and then to cut down on space bring 1 pair of socks, underwear, etc.

mhssc was beyond legit last year.              really chill and and everyone throws down.

the park is really nice tooo. they had 4 jumps from 5 to 60 ish feet and theyd switch the rails up

almost daily, stickin boxes together to make like flat down flat down and they have a sick down bar.

and the coaches are really stoked on coaching and the campers. its a good time.

I just got back from mhssc last night as said above me public was sick like a week ago and then they ruined it. Mhssc is a sick camp mad fun, their park isn't nearly as big as others but in my opinion it's pretty sick. It starts out with a small jump ( 5ft) a small box and small flat or sometimes down rail. Then next it goes into super sick single barrel down bar probably 20ft long then there's usually two boxes a up one and then a combination of two fairly skinny boxes. It was a transfer type thing for most of the time i was there. with another small jump to right edge of the lane. Then you go into the bigger jumps first there a jump with a 25ish foot small side and a 30 ft bigger side these jumps are where the majority of the sessionage goes down, after that there's 65ft with a 45ft small side. It's a really fun park. Great for learning, plus the coaches are really good i learned pretty much everything i wanted to learn. The park in general has a great feel that's for most part it is pretty chill (watch out for the old snowboard coach i think his name is mark he gets very grouchy) off the hill is fun but it can't compete with windells . Overall a sick camp great expierence i would defiantly go if i were you. PM me with any more specific questions

hey its good up in hood any ski camp up there is good there all killing it there is so much snow, look into MHSS (mount hood summer ski camps) there are really good and cheap.
