Well its that time of year where everyone is getting stoked on going to all the camps out west or to ride down under. As for me, its another summer chillin at the ramps in Placid. I know there are many others that dont have the opportunity to get out west and shred either becuase they are too broke, bad timing, or a thousand other reasons. So this thread is dedicated to the other guys who are holding it down in thier respective ares to a summer of ice rink snow and turf. Cheers!

i'm going to race camp at hood, my parents wouldn't pay for me to go to windells or anything but i wanted to ski so they're paying for me to go to race camp because they think it's for an overall better cause, don't ask

For one thing, it snowed at my house this morning.
For another, I will be working at a backcountry chalet from the end of June to Sept, and at last check, there was 20 ft of snow around the main building. That was a week ago, and the high country just go pounded, so there should be more. So it looks like I will be skiing all summer.

I was all pumped for NZ
Then I had to have surgery on my pelvis.
Now I am not going, and I lost £680 on flights... $330NZ on accommodation and £50 on visas.
A kick in the balls or what.
I am not a happy camper right now.
But I now have a lovely camera to picture capture the not so lovely England with.
