so anyway im trying to be good to the environment by riding my bike and/or i dont have my license. Its about 9:30 and im realy hungary. Taco Bell is closed, but THANK GOD there drive through is open. I got to order on my bike.... nothing. I wait for a little over a minute.... nothing. I think to myself there are no cars, ill just bike up to window and place my order.... nothing. Its not like they dont see me. I wave, a few mexicans wave back "oh look at the friendly white boy" or sompthing like that. This goes on for a few minutes until i knock on the glass. Finally someone who speaks english comes to the window. "im sorry we dont serve bikes." There are NO cars within a mile, I have money, gas is approaching $5 a gallon, and the indoor area is cosed. FUCK THAT
I would like to say that i would never go to taco bell again but i'll probably be back in less than 48 hours
Sparknotes: taco bell wouldn't sever me because i was on a bike.
if they dont have a bike rack outside, which i assume they dont cause most of them around here dont, then what are you supposed to do? and they dont let you take the bike inside so wtf. if everyone is so environmentally conscious now we should definitely be making it easier to do things without cars. but we're not.
ya fast food is outrageously gay about that kinda stuff. spring break our motel was next to a shitload of fastfood places, and i walked through a taco bell one night, got served and then went to do it the next night and they wouldnt gimme my mofuckin crunchwrap supreme. mexico sucks like that
I used to race DH mountian bike and this one time after my race run I was super hungry, so directly after came across the finish line, I kept coasting all the way down to the McDs across the street into the drive through. Full face helmet, gogs, jersey, the works. They still served me.
tha same thing happened to me and my friend at a dunkin doughnuts drive through. its lame, but it makes sense. although, i dont think the store was closed, we just thought itd b fun to drive through on our bikes.
Did you know Taco Bell's "Meat" is actually a powder that you add water to? It comes in a package like koolaid.... and they just add water to make "meat" you should go to wendy's indstead. get a spicy chicken combo - extra mayo....mmmmmm...just right.
