rollerwarehouse.com sometimes has some good deals razors are really nice i just got nimhs and i love em Remz are really big and flexible i mean for a beginner skate, im thinkin some razors they're pretty good
im honestly not a fan of remz. no ankle support. soul frame is on the smaller side, and its a 1 piece soul with just a replaceable backslide plate. i like being able to rotate my parts regularly to distribute wear.
xsjados you can swap out everything and they sell all the parts you need
razors you can customize out the asshole. the new superlight series of skates are awesome. i love the easy swapability of the souls and backslide plates.
if you buys razors, invest in the new aragon 2. the superlight construction is retardly superior to that 1 piece soul bullshit from a million years ago. not saying cults and genesys are bad by any means, but theres better now.
you wont be seeing the genesys or cult shells around for too much longer. im guessing the icons skate was a last attempt at cashing in on the genesys molds before they ditch em.
well Razor cult 7's are stiffer, have a smaller soul plate than some skates, some skaters absolutely love their skate like that though, but i dont know about for a first skate, razor genesis is a good skate to start with i think any year, they are all pretty similar
a lot of people i know love their valos, i've never riden em personally though, but they are a pretty solid skate
Personally i think nimh's are the skates to ride, they are like my 5th skate, and my favorite, and everyone i know that has em is absolutely loving them, so i think you should get them for your next skate
But for the kid who started this thread, razors are a really good skate for basically anyone, beginners and experts love em so they will really help you progress, but nimh's are basically the same was as in everyone loves em, im an intermediate skater usin em but the one kid i know is unbelievably good and he skates nimhs also, so yea, my one friend has them, and he needs new skates, but hes actually just gettin the same nimh brian shima v 1's because he just loves em that much
i got k2 fatty's from inlinewarehouse ibelieve, and i really liked them, but someone recently told me k2 stopped making aggressive skates?
"It is simply that we can all be good boys and wear our letter sweaters around and get our little degrees and find some nice girl to settle, you know, down with... take up what a friend of ours calls the hearty challenges of lawn care... Or we can blaze! Become legends in our own time, strike fear in the heart of mediocre talent everywhere"
rollerblade and k2 are just rec skate makers basically.
roillerblade def has more invested int heir aggressive skate line. they put out the point 8 skate lately which is... interesting....
their skates do tend to be heavy, and they dont do pro models or collabs so you'll always see completes with stock frames, wheels, and bearings, but they do make solid beginner skates.
k2 basiclly just make their oldschool skate ufs compatible so it could still make a few bucks, they dont really care about agressive anymore. they'll probably go the same way as salomon pretty soon.
BY THE WAY, fuck salomon for dropping NA distro of agressive skates. fucking lame. plus, they totally fucked over xsjado for a while.
razors with mook frames if your starting, I believe any grind with the rail on the side of ur skate meaning grinds like soul or porn star are easier than frontside, backside or royale.
join the aggressive inline cult, go to agressivemall.com, rollerwarehouse.com, search bar or if you have any other specific questions let me know I'm not the best skater but I know some shit and may be able to help.
