Hey everybody... Was just thinking:
What tricks or genres are you guys gonna try to learn or do better in the coming season?
Are you trying to progress, or just add more style to the tricks you already know?
Personally im going for back-mute, rodeo7, lincoln-japan and just try to add style to my 360's and 540's.
Hitting kickers switch, and doing rails is also something i'll be training alot!
What about you?

I'm so pissed off. I'm in university in the UK, so will get like 14 days on snow this year tops. (not including fake indoor snow. but that doesn't really count.)
Having skied probably about 130 days last winter, I'm just hoping to stay at the level i was. I just hope it snows in the UK, there are loads of sick rails around my campus. I can't wait to see all the geeks shaking their heads at me for skipping lectures and skiing instead!

my personal progression this year is to not worry about personal progression, (or to post on newschoolers about what i hope to do) just to go out there and rip some crazy lines.
Set your standards low, so you always excede them. My goal for the season, to stay healthy.

Switch tricks to 7s and switch unatural to 7s. Rodeos, corks and bios to 7s. Unatty 7s and unatty rodeos and mistys.

Note: People that set goals and write them down are something like 80% more likely to achieve them. Set long term goals, (where you want to be in the next few years.. dream big. even if you don't think this is realistic) and set short term goals.. (where you want to be in the next few months)
I'm gonna start from the ground up with ski form. And try to strengthen my skiing away from the park. I feel if you can have alot of control away from the park, taking tricks into the park is going to be so much easier.
Other than that, stay injury free. I need to throw some corks 7's 9's/misties first day of powder..
And I need to learn rails (one area I suck in) / halfpipe / switch spins/switch rodeos.
Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Ski.

1.) To get out of western Pennsylvania for at least a week this winter
2.) To get apply and get into a western ski school
Also work on rails, pipe, adding grabs to 3's, 5's, approaching stuff switch
I did absolutely nothing and it was everything I thought it could be.

I'm hopin to add different grabs into my spins more regularly, and to perfect my one-footed slides with a cross mute, yes it's prime. Oh, and finally thorw a d-spin, I've thrown just about everything else, but never done a d-spin on the snow for some reason
