i currently have about 4000 songs (roughly 20g) of music no videos or pictures or anything tho, my guess is you could get over 6000 songs on there

Whoever bought this got lied to, but I have no sympathy for you because the buyer is an idiot.
OP: Don't lie to idiots so you can get a better deal for something nobody wants.

And for everybody else: if they were going on eBay for 100-120 bucks as the OP claims, he would sell them on eBay? And don't give me any loyalty bullshit - it all comes down to money.

N.B. Current generation models from the Apple Refurb store are going for 179 USD.

Sorry buyer, but you got ripped off, unless you paid under 50 bucks shipped and even then, you should have gotten a better deal on a newer and larger model.

And from personal experience
